At the age of 10 Ryzza Mae Dizon already own a 3-Storey Townhouse In Quezon City

As many of us are dreaming of having our own house, this young star had her townhouse at the age of 10!

Child wonder Ryzza Mae Dizon is already a homeowner of a 200-square-meter townhouse.

Ryzza Mae Dizon won the Little Miss Philippines competition on GMA’s “Eat Bulaga” in 2012. After she won the contest, the 10-year-old child wonder went famous as one of the hosts of the noontime show and even have a little segment called The Ryzza Mae Show. A few years after, her success made her afford two cars and a three-story townhouse for her family.

Through looking for various furniture in different stores every day, which beautifies their home.

Rizza found the townhouse for sale in Tandang Sora, Quezon City after six months of looking at different houses.

She shared that she couldn’t wait to pick up her daughter at Eat Bulaga taping to show the house. Upon seeing the house, Ryzza fell in love with the place, thinking that it was big and beautiful.

The living area has gray, black, and white furniture with a mix of orange to provide a cool and sophisticated look. Ryzza requested a round table for their dining area, as she said that a rectangular table is common and usual.

The kitchen area is small and clean. It also has an island that can be used for preparing ingredients or eating. The third floor has a second living area that serves as a place for the family.

The now 13-year-old star and her family formerly living in a rented apartment in Caloocan, City while her father works in his hometown in Angeles, Pampanga, and stayed there.
